Are you conducting QA for DX platform software?

I am a QA engineer on a product development team at a Japanese company :jp:

In our product, teams other than the development team, such as the design team and CS team, are using A/B testing tools like Optimizely. However, the design team and CS team frequently end up releasing bugs.
Are you conducting QA for A/B testing tools and similar platforms? If so, what kind of workflow or structure do you use for QA?
I would greatly appreciate a wide range of opinions on this matter.

I don’t think it should differ from the regular QA Process.
You design, analyse, develop and test it :person_shrugging:

I’m guessing CS can basically adjust it all themselves without any involvement of the dev team?

If they want quality, it will just need to be tested by a tester.
Question: I’m guessing they change it all in prod and not in a test environment?
