Thanks for sharing here. I can imagine it must feel super overwhelming. There’s certainly a lot of things to consider and do when it comes to test automation and a new team. Yet there’s an awesome community on this Club that will very much be able to point you in the right direction.

The best place to get started with asking for help is to post a question in the [Questions category](https://club.ministryoftesting.com/c/questions/235).

Perhaps you could simply ask, “Where should I start with test automation?” and see where the conversation goes. You might also want to share the context you’ve shared here as that will be super helpful for those who’d like to help you. Good luck!
