While juggling a few tasks today, I took a moment to check our newly integrated chatbot—and noticed something odd. The chatbot **fails to load in a Particular Browser (lets say Safari ) in its Private Mode only**, across **both desktop and mobile/tab devices** for mac & iOS.

✅ It’s working perfectly in:

- Safari (regular mode)

- Other major browsers, both normal and private modes

- Other devices : Android, Desktop

Since the chatbot is embedded via a **third-party script** , I started wondering:

Could this be due to Safari’s **privacy restrictions** —like Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP) or blocked third-party cookies?

What does that mean for a **regular user who isn’t using any VPN or proxy** but simply browsing in **Private Mode**?

Has anyone faced a similar/Browser issue or discovered a reliable workaround?
