CRM Dynamics Testing

Any tips creating a test strategy for testing CRM Dynamics testing would be helpful.

We are initiating a new proeject where CRM Dynamics will be used for managing all correspondence to the end customer.

We are also developing an on premise application (using .NET Blazor) which needs to to communicate (endpoints) with CRM.

We have only limited knowledge about CRM side so trying to seek some help to do a robust test strategy and planning.

We use smart bear product for UI Testing.

Any tips, guidance would highly be helpful
