Stephen on Slack asked

> Hi guys. Just trying to get thoughts. Does anyone do “large scale retrospectives” occasionally - we currently do one every 3 months, but are starting to hit problems witha remote team.

What kind of problems are your hitting in retrospective meetings? Why you people are doing such meetings after three months?

In my opinion, a retrospective is most effect right at the end of a sprint. Otherwise people will either 1) forget problems they may have had (or just adapted to them in a way which may not be for the best) or 2) sit on negative feelings which they can’t express.
