My apologies Vici. It is not free, indeed. I discovered that today. 
I said that only because with our Jira migration from Server to Cloud the company had bought 195 licenses and I thought it was in the “package” of Jira Cloud.

Informative discussion, slightly related to Xray TM and more a query. Has anyone else got around the weird Jira licensing model of having to be charged for every user instead of just a set number of persons? I believe if you cross 10 you then are charged against your entire user list in Jira instance. In our case we’ve got 8 persons and were still charged.
