Hello everyone! I hope you all have a productive day. Iβm grateful for the chance to join as a software tester at this startup (we are applying the Agile method), especially as their first tester. With just six months of manual testing, Iβm excited to contribute and grow here.
My task for this sprint is to create a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), and I really need your help.
The context is my company uses Notion to manage all the tasks of the Testing Process and now we have these databases:
-
Feature Flow
-
Modules
-
Test scenario
-
Test Case
-
Test Execution
-
Test report
I know itβs difficult to ask for suggestions but I really need it. If you guys have any advice please let me know. This is my RTM structure now and I will upgrade it to present with my boss this week:
-
User Story ID
-
User Story Name
-
Feature
-
Scenario
(It will contain test cases so I didnβt mention the test cases in this table, because itβs hard for me to control the RTM database on Notion.
If the dev or someone wants to see the test case suite they just need to click the scenario and will be redirected to the test cases database belonging to this scenario)
