What we are looking for: We’re looking for a lot of different formats around the topic of Leadership for this online TestBash happening on the 10th of March 2022.

Talks: we want to hear about your experience in leading a team, a project, how leadership is present in different roles or tasks, etc. Talks can take just 5 minutes, up to a maximum of 30 minutes with 10 min for Q&As.

Book suggestions: have you read a book (or more than one) about Leadership that has made a huge impact on your career? Share that with us and what where the main learning outcomes.

Role Play Scenarios: we’re looking for folks to role play some good and bad scenarios with the goal to get the audience involved. Let us know what scenarios you are willing to do.
Payment: Your talk can be 10, 20 or 30 minutes in length. We are offering a fee of £50 per 10 minutes. So, for a 30 minutes talk, we’ll offer a fee of £150.
Deadline to submit: Sunday, 6th of February 2022
Presentation date: Thursday, 10th March 2022
Format: Talks will be pre-recorded. You can record them yourselves and send them to us, or you can book a session to record live with a member of team MoT. You will then attend the conference live for an introduction and live QnA after your recording has played.
