We recently ran a LinkedIn poll across multiple software testing groups asking “ **What’s Your Biggest Challenge in Functional Test Automation?”** where 170 QA leaders voted, and the results were eye-opening:  
👉 65% said flaky tests and maintenance are their biggest pain points.  
The post reached 10,000+ testers, and the conversations were 🔥.

Now, we’d love to hear from the Ministry of Testing community:

Thank you for letting me know.  
We had conducted a poll asking “ **What’s Your Biggest Challenge in Functional Test Automation?”** in Linkedin Software testing groups. The above is the poll result for the same.
