**Time:** 3-5 Minutes

**Purpose:** List specific improvements that _you_ will drive on your team.

**Introduction:** In the previous exercise, we reflected on improvement ideas for our teams. In _this_ exercise, let’s list three action items for improvement.

**Activity:**

1. What are THREE things you want to improve on your team

Share your three improvements here and we will discuss more.

1. I want to define a career path which works for technical testers, and let those who want to follow that path run after it.

2. I want to spread the value we see in getting testers involved throughout the SDLC to the entire, global organisation I am part of, rather than just the local subset.

3. I want to identify a new target for our efforts in improving quality, to help provide direction to our efforts in the mid-term going forwards.

Conscious there is nothing scientific methody here right now. That’s for me to ponder.
