Setting a hard bounce for specific emails [SOLVED]

Hi all,

I am looking for a way to set a hard bounce on a specific sender on Outlook 2016, is there a way to do this? From what I’ve googled, you can only set rules to move offensive emails to the junk email folder or delete them permanently (but not a hard bounce).

I need this in order to test a particular functionality.

This can be closed actually, I figured I can just use an email that doesn’t exist and that will work. For security, I’ll make sure that fake email within our own domain, bob@ourdomain.com.
