Request for Review: Test note techniques in an issue tracker

I’m summing up my experience about note taking in testing in an issue orientated environment. Veterans might already know what I write here. I intend this article to give beginners an orientation. I have the impression that there is still room for improvement. As I’m chewing on this since weeks I want to have some else opinion. Edit: I already made some changes.
