Worked in testing (manual) for around 15 years.

Spent most of that time trying to find ways to get MSExcel and VBA to do my work for me, so the move to test engineer seemed a sensible one.

So now working as a Lead Test Engineer in a large Edinburgh based Assurance Provider, although redundancy is on the cards so probably be out on the market soon.

Also spend my evenings and weekends either with the family or playing bass for a popular Edinburgh based covers/function band which gets me out around Scotland and the North of England.
