I am doing a case study on AI automation tools that can help us cater single sign on using client certificates ? Cypress and Playwright provides this feature which helps us to tackle biggest login hurdle within our organisation. We are looking for AI tools that cater self healing ( which most of them do) and supports single sign on (client certs). Otherwise, our leadership feels there is no solid reason for potential investment. Also, do you utilise any AI tools specifically for manual testing and documentation etc or any tool that is worthy to consider for investment in the realms of testing..

When you say Playwright and Cypress can do it, but you are looking for AI tool, what is the reason for not going for available solution?
Also, what is the “case” of this case study?

A technology transformation initiative to analyse AI tools in the market that can aid testers with test case generation , self healing features, seamless integration with pipelines and also that supports client certificates.
In my personal opinion, I’m glad we are staying on top of trend , to analyse and weigh what is it AI tools can offer as a cherry on top of the cake ! And it’s not an attempt to move away from cypress or playwright … it’s about finding the right balance and playing around to find the sweet spot.
I’ve read many of ur blogs on AI tools in testing and been very inspired on how to embrace the change and stay tuned on what’s hot off the press !
