Over the years I got help from others on my delivery team to be able to add value by reading and giving feedback on PRs. My teams practiced pairing and ensembling, so there was less dependence on PRs, but we were able to make it a swift and helpful process - belts and braces. There’s an awesome book just published, Looks Good to Me by Adriana Braganza, I wrote a review and there’s a 40% off discount code in the link there: Book Review: Looks Good to Me: Constructive Code Reviews by Adrienne Braganza - Holistic Testing with Lisa Crispin
