Hi,
I introduced bug hunts in my team when we were working at the office.
(For those who do not know what a bug hunt is: pick a feature, divide team in subteams, compete on who finds more bugs, let PO assess the bugs, prize the winner)
I like remote working a lot, but I struggle recreating that funny competitive environment and… the prizes! I was bringing chocolate and so, but post these is not ideal.
Anybody has tips on how to run these sessions remotely keeping a good vibe?
