Introduction: Automation is everywhere and it solves a lot of problems, but sometimes it goes horribly wrong.
Purpose: To see both sides of the automation-coin, it can be good to find examples by yourself. There are plenty of stories to be found online! This doesn’t have to be about test automation yet, but about automation in general.
Activity: Search (online) for stories where automation has solved a problem very well and for stories where automation has gone horribly wrong. You can share what you’ve found here! Don’t forget to mention the source.
