Hey everyone! 
A friend is working on a project where users register via mobile phone number + SMS verification.
We’re looking for a service that provides German phone numbers where we can receive real SMS messages—just to test if the full registration flow works end-to-end.
Has anyone used a service like this or a tool before? Any recommendations?

Never tested germany number but yeah its global app supporting sms testing.

It was a few years ago, but I used Twilio on a previous project with good success. They also have APIs so you can send and get SMS messages.

I had a similar challenge and ended up using a cloud auto dialer to help test number verification. It let me place and monitor automated calls across multiple countries, which saved tons of manual work. You can check logs and see how the system behaves in real-time, especially for edge cases like timeouts or invalid numbers. I found it super helpful for scaling tests quickly without burning time.
