Given the end of a long day’s work as QA, what information do you reports daily to your team?
Currently my report is:
I work in a small team. We all sit next to each other. We don’t scrum.
What I report daily is:
- Nothing.
If something is up, we talk to each other immediately, be it daily, a couple times a week, or in five minutes. It works well for our context.
In a previous company, with a larger team, we did do the scrum thing. Then at the start of the day, we reported the following:
- What we worked on
- What we’re working on
- Where we might need help
It worked better for our context at that time.
