Sounds like you have a great approach and plan for the meetings already.
That is exactly what we discuss in our guild meetings (weekly), but is only a team of 4.
Admittedly, we do get off on a tangent discussing ‘gripes and grumbles’ which I advise to take to retro!
But yeah, an update on automation solutions, any new way of working, how to, training needs, and general ‘State of play’ is our approach.
We are a remote team, so it is also a sort of “welfare check”, and much-needed opportunity to have input.
