Sounds like you have a great approach and plan for the meetings already.
That is exactly what we discuss in our guild meetings (weekly), but is only a team of 4.
Admittedly, we do get off on a tangent discussing āgripes and grumblesā which I advise to take to retro!
But yeah, an update on automation solutions, any new way of working, how to, training needs, and general āState of playā is our approach.
We are a remote team, so it is also a sort of āwelfare checkā, and much-needed opportunity to have input.
