One of the major problem will be communication between dev and the tester as neighbors
Another problem will be work from home issue since there will be only societies and no office so people will rest from home .
Diversity issue, since it is the Testing planet so as the population of tester is less hence it will be another major issue.
Communication topics, since it’s a testing planet so people will talk only about testing or MoT and so there will be no gossip, etc.
The entrance would be a Giant Gate called “The Quality Gate” which has automated approval to enter or not.
There would be pipelines all over the place, instead of emails and messages, we’ll use pipelines for communication. People will go back to writing letters in BDD format and send them through the pipeline to each other. Fully automated, if your letter doesn’t contain the right format, it’s not accepted in the pipeline.
There are no newsletters but every morning we’ll come together in Quality Square, to hear the daily standup of the MoTaverse. Which doesn’t take longer then 10 minutes.
Every last Friday of the month, there is a gathering for each street and they provide feedback about what’s going well in the community and what not, the person living at Quality Street House Nr 1 will document it all and note down action points and followup on the requests.
Every shop in MoTaverse has performance control, if there are too many people in line a new line will open available to checkout their purchases.
Anyone who practices Quality. (So no PM’s )
Secretly there would be Bugs (criminals or people who don’t practice quality) who are living their too, BUT there is Quality Control on each corner (“police”), checking for bugs. So they’ll have to be very careful! In Quality street, they’ll eventually get caught, no worries!

Whenever children grow up in MoTaverse and say they want to become a PM, they’ll be frowned upon!
Got a feeling there would be plenty of potholes. Some folks in the street would raise the issue with the potholes. Yet the council might not have enough resources to fix the potholes.
Quality Street would be accessible for everyone, with correct and understandable signs that give clear directions for all people. It would have clearly marked biking lanes, car lanes, and wide sidewalks for people walking.
It would have doggie bags available for people who walk their dogs, trash cans on the corners for people who throw their trash away, Little libraries in front of every house, and trees. Lots and lots of trees and flowers and benches to sit on.
The problems would be normal: severe weather, traffic jams, unexpected disasters. The difference is that emergency personnel have clear access to the street at all times and the people who live on the street look out for each other without judgment.
All types of people from all kinds of backgrounds. They get together for monthly forums on how to improve their street and approach each other with the freedom to ask questions, troubleshoot ideas, and the drive to make things happen, regardless of current resources available.
