I think talking to your team is a good way to get started, as it may be the case that some things start to change, and it’s a good idea to give people a heads-up on these changes, and why they’re necessary. You might also get some good ideas from your team about what to change and how. Bringing them along on the journey should also help them to get involved with continuous quality too, especially if you’ve explained how it will benefit them individually.
