I like the principles, but I think the “Higher Quality” one is missing a trick by not considering the design stage. So much about the quality and usefulness of the software is defined at this stage. As an example; three amigos sessions using examples to ensure the team understands what problem it is they’re trying to solve and that everyone is on the same page.
