Your post is very brief, so I might have missed some intent. Pharma companies are IT companies too - and from what I see and work with there is a trend for them as well to work more agile. Anchored in the new FDA CSA guidance but also market factors.
That would be wrt their IT work, but I could see it happen for lab and pharmaceutical work too. Keep on the lookout for ISPE GAMP with an agile(ish) model of short sprints and kanban-style work.
