Help me answer this question using STAR method please

Hello testing community,

I have been a test engineer since 7years within a reputable software company. I am trying to make a career move into management as a lead Qa/manager. I am having difficulty answering behavioural questions using STAR method.
Here is a sample of question I was asked could any testing specialist kindly please take time to answer this using STAR method. Thank you in advance

Q: A priority Project duration changes from 10 weeks to 4weeks how do you complete testing within reduced timeframes

I understand from my technical experience, few steps involve - identifying high risk and value business features, then prioritise test cases based on the value to business, start executing high and medium priority test scripts first, and see if additional resources available/deployable.

May be I am failing to explain the part how I would communicate these test approach changes to my stakeholders. Looking for an answer from a test manager/lead point of view. Thank you

Situation
I have had previous projects that have either been delayed or had timescales reduced. One Specific example is XXX
Task
I was given the task of XXXX
Action
I achieved this by XXX
I ensured that project stakeholders were kept up-to-date by XXX
Response
The response from those around me to my proposed plan was XXX
Reflection
What I learnt was XXX, should the situation arise again I would XXX

As the STAR(R) method requires personal examples I can’t really write a specific answer but that’s how I’d frame it.
