We have a weekly meeting where us QAs meet to share knowledge and updates.
Spring and fall we tend to have a series of meetings to talk about what we are testing and how. We’ve done book clubs and discuss the vocabulary of testing in our business. It depends on who is facilitating the topic on whether we are going to apply a technique or tool.
We actually meet every other week–we alternate between a “planning” session and a “collaboration” session. I like to emphasize that you can collaborate/share about something as simple as “What is your team doing right now?”. It doesn’t have to be a complex topic or presentation.
