Introduction: Before you have your collaboration session with your team, it’s a good idea to investigate what information your team already have on how to operate your system. This information could be disparate and split between responsible for different parts of your system.
Purpose: Find, gather, sort and make sense of all existing information on how to operate your system to help with the collaboration session and get a better understanding of your system for your testing.
Activity:

Have a look in team wikis and README files with the source control of your application for information on how to operate your system.

Draw all the information together in a logical order, consolidate and share this information with your team.
