Minor layout issue on mobile chrome

Ultra nitpicky observation, just because it doesn’t seem to have been mentioned… the first thing I saw on joining The Club was a misalignment in the frozen header pane, which as you can see above covers the “Categories” and “New Topic”/“Open Draft” buttons.

This can’t be escaped by scrolling.

Yep, I confirm the bug. I reproduce it on my iPhone 6s with Chrome.
