It is quite daunting to be trying something new (albeit in the same office). We’d nicknamed the potential role as “free range tester” during some chats but figured that wasn’t the ideal title beyond the office and settled on QE, which I was very happy with.
Really appreciating having so many coaching and leadership talks on MoT to swot up on!
