Testing Palo Alto Application detection of Slack with MOT

I signed up to test detection of Slack application on our Palo Alto firewalls. Maybe I am in the wrong place, but wanted to state that Palo Alto has it’s own application ID for Ministry of Testing itself. Going to try and add an attachment (whoops new users can’t do that) and post this and see if it is identified as MOT or Slack itself. Does anyone have any experience around this? Thanks

I’m confused–there’s no longer a MoT Slack so I don’t know how using it would help with your goal?

concur, the Slack was a free tier, so it was too limited to really work, MOT now have a friendlier chat thingy (down bottom left of my screen). We even had a unofficial google Hangout at one point, but pretty sure the Slack died a long while back.

Thanks for your message.

The only Slack community for testers I can think of at the mo is the Indie Testing Community. It was spun up after the MoT Slack closed back in April 2023.

Is that what you might be referring to?
