Sorry, that was very tongue in cheek. I have zero web app experience, but I hope a few people do chime in as time goes by. What division or percentage time between cross-browser and functional testing are you thinking you can make at this stage? Also, one assumes that deciding what testing environment you can realistically target at scale is also a concern. Have you looked at outsourced testing?
