Regardless if I am doing development or testing I usually use an IDE. And even if it should make my life easier it sometimes made it hard or complicated.
At least until I learned one or few tricks.

computer users have become lazy, we use the mouse far too much. Excellent tips for all of us, not a fan of interval based autosaves, but really more than just 5 tips and they work in other IDEs like JetBrains as well. Always rest and test 
@conrad.connected - I first checked such tips when I had to do a code presentation and had no idea how to zoom in Intellij.
Even now I need to search cause I have not used it in more than 2 years
