these are mainly retrospective sessions, we discuss challenges we’ve faced the past 2 weeks and share learnings, discuss interesting bugs and defects identified in the pervious 2 weeks, we have a “bug of the sprint” nomination where we identify the most severe bug. we then discuss our focus areas for the next two weeks.
