I wrote one today about my experiences from the past year. Instead of focusing solely on reflecting on my year, I shared how setting a theme for the year; rather than making resolutions - led to more meaningful outcomes for me and how others can try that too.

I would also love to hear if anyone else had a similar experience, setting a theme rather than resolutions.

I appreciate your words, sending you hugs and hope.

I like your “hope” section and how it’s gotten me thinking about how we can take ideas people talk about and work towards them, imperfectly, with failures, but with signs of light too.

This part stuck out to me:

Teams might not do exploratory testing as Elizabeth Hendrickson describes in “Explore It!” but they are going beyond the ACs and checklists.
