Hey all.
What I’ve found is Cygnet’s “Testing Strategies for eCommerce and Social Apps”.
It is high level and although it is perhaps more useful for a test manager/sole tester in a project, I’ve found it a nice round-up of quite a few of the types of problems I have to be aware (and would like to keep track of) in my e-commerce testing work. The record quality is not flawless, but it’s entirely understandable and worth it IMHO.
So here it goes (you can start at 3:30 or 6:20, if you skip ecommerce history):

Hi all, I also found this one (which Chris mentioned) a useful synopsis of aspects to be considered regarding ecommerce testing.
It contains sections about:

Automation,
Integration testing for third-party apps,
Performance testing.
