Today is Global Accessibility Awareness Day.

Blind and visually impaired people can use a screen reader to let the computer or smartphone tell, what is shown on the screen.
The proper use of an alternative text for a picture is helpful.

Started doing alt text on twitter lately. It feels weird, since I have no idea at all what it’s like to be blind. I sometimes see blind people accomplish stuff I would struggle with. It’s a very blurred line (sic)
