We have started to implement cypress.io recently. Has anyone purchased access to the business tier of the dashboard? I would have two questions about it?

I would like to find out about “SSO” listed under the Business level of the dashboard pricing (https://www.cypress.io/pricing) covers?
and as described at Organizations | Cypress Documentation
For example,
Is it for setting up cypress users in an organization to connect to the Dashboard using one of the types of authentication mentioned
OR
Is does it enable us to configure logging into an application that uses SSO authentication such as SAML, Okta or AD?
My second question is also with respect to the cypress dashboard pricing, Business tier. Do the 40 users get 10,000 test results each (for a total of 400,000 test results)/month or is it a total of 10,000 test results/month for all users.
