Reflect on your dashboards: Take a look at any dashboards and metrics you’re currently using. What kind of conversations are they driving within your team? Are they helping guide discussions around quality, improvements, or issues? If not, what could be changed to make them more meaningful?

Share your thoughts: Reply to this post and share an example of a metric or dashboard that has sparked a valuable conversation with your team. If you don’t have one, what could you create or change to encourage better conversations?
