I had a read this morning - Iโ€™m a checklist kindโ€™a guy but I never really considered them to be artefacts that I could use for a definition of โ€˜doneโ€™ - it was more of an evidencing thing (for my own benefit than anyone elses)

A benefit if codifying all of these is that if you have retrospectives you can be very actionable with your ideas where they can be more in line of โ€œAdd this item to this checklistโ€, instead of we should be better at โ€œthisโ€.
