I had a read this morning - I’m a checklist kind’a guy but I never really considered them to be artefacts that I could use for a definition of ‘done’ - it was more of an evidencing thing (for my own benefit than anyone elses)

A benefit if codifying all of these is that if you have retrospectives you can be very actionable with your ideas where they can be more in line of “Add this item to this checklist”, instead of we should be better at “this”.
