For me, it is not so much a question of how, but which coffee. Once I was in a curious and playful mood and bought a tasting set of coffees from all over the world. So I chose my continent, which was Africa, and then I bought a tasting set of coffees from Africa
This is how I fell in love with Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee and it is hard for me to drink any other coffee if I don’t have access to this one ![]()
The early morning coffee is the greatest
Filtered coffee in my machine - followed by ‘Coffee mate’ - The perfect combination.
Coffee-in a bag phenomenon has taken off in recent years and is a valuable substitute if you have ran out of grounded coffee for the machine
As QA, I can say that the risk of running out of filtered coffee is mitigated by the coffee-in-a bag

The grinding and the grist is the same important as your machine.
I became a hobby barista, it is a craft.
I drink it most times after a warm meal as a digestiv.
Making foam and doing foam art is something I will maybe do in the future.
