Hi all,
This week’s task analysis session focused on more soft skill based tasks identified in the Junior testing curriculum Job Profile that we captured with the support of the testing community.
Specifically, for this session, we were considering the following task:
Collaborate with team
Combining a series of community activities including social questions and our curriculum review sessions to identify the steps we need to take to successfully achieve this task and have listed them below.
- Identify opportunities and tools to work with the team in a collaborative fashion
- Engage the team during collaborative sessions by listening to conversations and raising questions
- Use models and collaborative frameworks to encourage focused discussion
