How did you use Systems Thinking to find out correlations. For example How to identify small things to identify some high risks, critical risks etc. Is there some kind of a case study on this?

I once used Systems Thinking to help a team understand that suppliers are part of their system. Their product had returned an error when a supplier of data changed the format in which data was supplied. The team had felt that this type of error was nothing to do with them, but it is because suppliers are part of the system.
