System Thinking helps in seeing whole picture, the entire ecosystem , builds that curiosity mindset…helps in proper root cause analysis…and other considerations which might miss otherwise

I once used Systems Thinking to help a team understand that suppliers are part of their system. Their product had returned an error when a supplier of data changed the format in which data was supplied. The team had felt that this type of error was nothing to do with them, but it is because suppliers are part of the system.
