Increasing your Podcast Audience

What tips do you have for increasing podcast downloads and subscriptions? Currently with Testing Peers, we post on social media (all 4 of us post to our own feeds), I then post in lots of linkedIn groups, and in relevant slack groups, but unsure what else we could do to increase downloads. Most episodes hit around 200 downloads over the first 90 days which is pretty good, but we know there are more potential listeners out there…
