Where should you have a presence on Social Media and what should that presence look like?

For me, if I want to recommend a podcast to people, I will look for them on Twitter.

I’m not really looking for rich content, beside a landing page with links out to their episodes.

But now that we are regularly podcasting with the Testing Peers, we are more conscious about presence on Social Media.

  • What do you look for from a podcast on social media?

  • Does your expectation differ depending on which platform it is?

  • Do you want to see engagement directly with the podcast account or directly with those who contribute as individuals?

  • Should we have more pictures of doggos?

This will be my personal struggle, but more broadly speaking we are trying.

None of us have cats just yet, but we can always add it to the backlog!
