Is there a way to follow a user's posts and get notified on The Club?

As asked in the title.

I’m not sure, I know that you can do that for a topic/thread:

And I sometimes use the Bookmark functionality to create reminders for later:

I found that useful when I want to reply to someone, or read a longer post but don’t have the time at that very moment. But, regarding your specific question maybe @simon_tomes would know?

Yes, that’s what I normally do for topics and threads but it’s not at the user level.

I don’t know what powers this forum, but maybe that can be configured?

It would be a “Nice to Have” kind of a feature. :grinning:

That would be a fun feature yea.
You can now only ignore/mute/normal a specific person but not follow his posts.

You do however can just scroll through their activity: “Profile - mirza - The Club

Here is a cheat way for a workaround for now, add ‘.rss’ on the end for an rss feed.

Example: The Club - Latest posts by @mirza

Nice trick with the RSS feeds! :sunglasses:

Good stuff, @pwong @mirza and @kristof.

Looks like there is no official “follow user” feature via the Discourse platform (which this Club runs on).

As discussed, bookmarking a /u/<username>/activity page and/or using the .rss option is a good workaround for now. :+1:t2:
