After a conversation with one of my team, which inspired me to finally complete this, I’d like to introduce the Communications ReadMe. A file which I have written which shows people how best to communicate with me at work, along with quirks and things that frustrate me.
In a world where we are moving to be more accepting of everyone having different needs and preferences, why not share your own readme with colleagues so they know how to get the best out of communicating with you.
