Purpose: Take an opportunity to get used to the Quality Culture Transition Guide (http://bit.ly/QCTGuide) and practice using it to identify improvements

Introduction: Principle 4 says that we care deeply about the quality culture of our team. But what is a quality culture. The Quality Culture Transition Guide is an attempt to describe several aspects of a quality culture.

Activity:

Take some time to read through the guide. Then, identify 2-3 small improvements your team could make to improve their quality culture.

Remember - the guide is not a scorecard, and there’s no reason to move each attribute in lockstep with each other. This model is intended to help you and your team have a discussion on how to improve your quality culture.

As I probably mentioned in the course, the transition guide is a great resource to guide team retrospectives and to remind the team to make incremental improvement. Don’t try to jump all the way to optimizing - start by being slightly less chaotic - reflect and learn and make more small improvements.

The fact the team sees these as areas to improve is HUGE.
