I saw a question pop up recently:
I will likely be moving into a test lead position soon. Any good resources to tackle this position for someone that hasn’t been in a leader position yet?
I feel that this post is somewhat different to my Reading Recommendations For First Time Managers and People Leaders post as I feel that a test lead does have differences to a manager/people leader.
What resources or advice would you have for this person?
