In the activity for Module 3.5, “Your tester skills plan” in Section 2: Identify opportunities and threats, there is a bug in the PDF worksheet form.
After entering the text in the fillable form fields for my strengths that I want to improve on, both the Opportunity and Threat fields are copied into the fields where the weakness content should be entered. Making a change in either the weakness row or the strength row copies the changes to the other row.
I am using an incognito Chrome browser on a Windows machine to fill in the form, before downloading for my portfolio.
