Unfortunately my fav test consultant was offering a monthly 30min session plus all his weekly blogs/youtube etc BUT I didnt sign up straight away… missed out 
Where do testers find a great test coach? I am a single tester driving testing/qa/anything else within a team and really need to have those one2one convo’s with a highly experienced test manager/tech coach.
Are these people rare like hens teeth
More clarity around what I mean when referring to a Test Coach/Mentor?
I’m referring to someone who can take you to the next level > team lead > test manager etc not learning technical or quality skills. This is extremely difficult for the single tester who has never really been under a test lead/manager to be mentored by them but wants to go that way.

Interesting I worked at my skill set and have moved over to business analysis / agile stuff now but still keep my hand in testing too.

One of my mentors back during university times, told me that I could select a mentor and that you mentor doesn’t necessarily need to how they are mentoring you.
That said, it can be so good when all people involved know what their role is.
